Our highest aim is making sure that your loved ones feel safe and comfortable. We do this by looking after them in the same way that we’d look after a member of our own family. Four essential values help us provide this family-feel care: communication, compassion, transparency and trust. 


We listen and spend time with service users to understand their feelings and needs, then we do all we can to relieve them from any stress or discomfort. Our carers always respond empathetically and go the extra mile to make sure they are content and comfortable. Whatever they need, we treat each person with the kindness, dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of status, wealth, ethnicity, age or gender. 


We make sure we’re open and honest throughout the whole process. From the initial conversation with our service users, we keep them informed and updated so that there aren’t any surprises along the way. We believe transparency is the key to driving improvements in standards of care and we need to ensure our service users receive high-quality care, everytime. Whatever the matter, we have a duty of candour to inform the relevant people, ensuring that we are open and honest throughout. 


Trust is a quality on which all relationships are built, and we do this by taking care of service users as if they were one of our own. We understand how uncertain things can feel when service users are vulnerable, so we will ensure they feel safe and comfortable with each of our carers, who are vetted and trained. You can always rely on us and have the confidence in management to follow the right procedures, answer calls quickly, and all-in-all provide high-quality care for your loved one. 


From the very first conversation with our service users, we take the time to listen to their needs. And because we understand that their needs change, we have frequent check-ins with them to ensure that they are comfortable and happy. Carers are supported through on-going communication too. They know that any concerns reported back will be resolved in a timely manner. We would rather communicate too much than too little. Family and friends can call us anytime – we will always make ourselves available.
