What a night! We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Barnfield Homecare has won a local business award, and we couldn’t be prouder of our amazing team.
Our carers are the heart of Barnfield. Every smile, every act of kindness, every moment of support they give to our clients is what made this award possible. This isn’t just a win for us as a company, it’s a win for the whole Barnfield family. 💙
The awards evening, hosted by Stratford Herald, Stratford-on-Avon District Council, and Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon, was a fantastic celebration of local businesses doing great things in our community. We loved meeting so many inspiring people, and we’re especially grateful to Dan Bentley from Cobbs at Stratford for sponsoring and judging our category.
When we launched Barnfield Homecare, our mission was simple: to bring compassionate, high-quality care to families in our community. Our tagline “Let our family take care of yours”, isn’t just a slogan. It’s the way we work, the way we treat people, and the way we think about care.
We’re also big believers that happy carers make for happy clients. That’s why we invest in training, support, and work-life balance for our team, so they feel confident, valued, and proud of the work they do.
As we grow, we’re sticking to our principles: quality over quantity. We don’t want to be the biggest care provider; we want to be the one people trust the most.
