Barnfield Homecare has a brand-new look, a stronger community presence, and a shiny new ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission – and the team couldn’t be more proud.
This content will The Stratford-upon-Avon-based provider, acquired by husband-and-wife team Jas and Sharon Puaar in 2020, has been supporting families across Warwickshire for over 30 years. Under its new ownership, Barnfield has gone from strength to strength – with inspectors praising the service for its commitment to raising standards.
Within their first year, Jas and Sharon unveiled a complete rebrand, introducing a fresh new logo, website, and the strapline that now defines their approach: “Let our family take care of yours.”
Speaking about the transformation, Jas and Sharon said:
“We are extremely proud of our team and what we’ve achieved together. Our goal has always been to improve the quality of care, and that comes from investing in our carers – ensuring they have the right training, support, and resources to provide the best possible care. We’re delighted with our rebrand and hope it helps more families find the support they need.”
The “family feel” at Barnfield runs deep – not just within the leadership, but throughout the whole team. Carers are seen as the backbone of the service, with training and development at the forefront to make sure clients receive care they can truly trust.
Since the acquisition, Barnfield Homecare has also invested in branded uniforms and vehicles, sponsored the Stratford in Bloom roundabout, and supported the community with donations to South Warwickshire Hospital.
With a new look, an improved rating, and a renewed focus on quality, Barnfield Homecare has firmly established itself as a trusted care provider in Warwickshire – and they’re just getting started.
